The Best Vegan "Wicked" Collaborations

1/23/2026

0 Comments

Picture
The film version of Wicked took the world by spell when it was released on November 22, 2024. The highly-anticipated sequel, Wicked: For Good, released on the same day and month in 2025. Both films gave rise to a number of vegan product collaborations (as well as some not-so-cruelty-free collaborations). With so many new products out there, we decided to make a helpful list of the best vegan Wicked collaborations!

Our list comprises skincare, home goods, food, cosmetics, beverages, and lifestyle products. Here are some of the best Wicked collaborations that are both cruelty-free and vegan! Please note that many of these items are limited-edition and may not currently be available.

Why do animal-friendly products matter? Visit our Defying Captivity campaign page to learn how the messages of Wicked pertain to protecting animals.

Wicked Home & Fragrances

Voluspa Wicked Pink and Green Candle Duo

TRY IT:

These coconut wax blend candles with natural wicks come as a set of two in a beautifully-decorated box along with a gold-plated wick trimmer.

Glinda’s pink themed candle has notes of yuzu, sea salt, candied flowers, and vanilla bubbles. Elphaba’s green themed candle is amber, wood, and banyan scented.

These cruelty-free candles are a great alternative to bee’s wax candles. When bee’s wax is harvested, it often results in the accidental death of bees and disrupts the hive. The stress caused from transporting the bees can also weaken their immune systems and make the entire colony susceptible to disease.

Wicked: For Good Spray Pen Duo Set by Ariana Grande Fragrances

TRY IT:
This limited-edition Wicked: For Good Spray Pen Duo Set by Ariana Grande Fragrances is both cruelty-free and vegan.

The Elphaba Enchanted eau de parfum spray has Amber Woody scent notes and the Glinda Bubbly Pink eau de parfum spray has scent notes of Floral Gourmand.

In addition to her portrayal of Glinda in the Wicked films, Ariana Grande is famously known for her public animal advocacy and vegan diet, which makes this collaboration even sweeter.

AVOID IT: Gain’s Scent of Oz Collection

The floral and woody scents in this collection would make your clothes smell amazing, but they unfortunately don’t make animals feel amazing. Gain is owned by Procter & Gamble, which tests on animals.

AVOID IT: Swiffer Sweep & Mop Deluxe, Wicked Limited Edition Pink

While this Swiffer mop bundle is just a few dollars more than the regular one and a fun pink color, the parent company, Procter & Gamble, is not cruelty-free. Some of the ingredients in the cleaning solution may be derived from and tested on animals.

Wicked Food & Beverages

Van Leeuwen Vegan Strawberry Matcha Ice Cream

TRY IT:
In celebration of
Wicked: For Good, the popular ice cream company Van Leeuwen offered a special flavor called “Defying Gravi-tea.” The pink and green strawberry matcha ice cream joined the company’s monthly vegan lineup in honor of Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande both being plant-based. We can’t think of a higher honor than a vegan ice cream created on one’s behalf!

Starbucks Glinda’s Pink Potion and Elphaba’s Cold Brew

TRY IT:
Last year, Starbucks launched two new drinks to promote Wicked - Glinda's Pink Potion and Elphaba’s Cold Brew. Both are vegan without any modifications.

The thrillifying green drink has a base of Starbucks Cold Brew, and is sweetened with peppermint-flavored syrup. On top is nondairy matcha cold foam and green candy sprinkles.

The pink drink is made with a Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage. It also contains coconut milk, ice, and a scoop of real freeze-dried dragonfruit. Topping it off is nondairy strawberry-infused cold foam and pink candy sprinkles.
The proverbial sprinkles on top is that at the end of 2024, Starbucks removed the plant-based milk surcharge in all US and Canada stores. The decision came about due to customer demand, advocacy from various groups, and new leadership.

Absolut Wicked Vodka

TRY IT:
The next
Wicked movie collab is a sequined Absolut Original bottle that brings the party to the yard! The sleeve around the bottle changes between pink and green depending on which way you move the sequins. It is limited edition, vegan, and inspired by Wicked: For Good.

Takis Emerald Heat

TRY IT:
In Wicked, Elphaba courageously fights for the talking animals while the world of Oz works to erase their voices and exploit them.

It’s thus no coincidence (or maybe it is) that the Takis Emerald Heat flavor is vegan! The habanero and cucumber flavor is the same flavor as the Takis Zombie, which is a limited edition flavor that’s released every Halloween.

AVOID IT: Takis Spellbindingly Sweet

Unfortunately, the Spellbinding Sweet Sugar & Cinnamon flavor of Takis isn’t vegan because it contains skimmed milk powder. While we assume it tastes like churros, there are similar vegan alternatives that you can find or make at home.

AVOID IT: General Mills Berry and Caramel Apple Flavored Cereals

These corn puff cereal variants look safe to eat from the outside, but the source of Vitamin D may be animal-based. The two flavors are Elphaba Caramel Apple and Glinda Good Berry.

We reached out to General Mills to inquire about the source of the Vitamin D in this product. In an email response, the company said, “The answer depends on the ingredients, which you can find on the package's ingredient label. If the product contains Vitamin D3, then it is not vegan or vegetarian. We source our Vitamin D3 from Lanolin, which is the natural oil found in sheep's wool.”

AVOID IT: Compartés Wicked: For Good Collection

While Compartés does have vegan chocolates, their Wicked: For Good collection unfortunately does not have any vegan options. Many of the bars contain dairy in the form of whole milk, dry skim milk, butter, and cream.

R.E.M. Beauty x Wicked: For Good

TRY IT:
Ariana Grande launched another limited edition collection called R.E.M. Beauty x
Wicked: For Good, with the first collection coming out around the time of the first movie.

R.E.M Beauty’s products as a whole are both cruelty-free and vegan, so they are a great option if you want to avoid animal derived-ingredients like carmine, bee’s wax, lanolin, guanine, and honey.

The collaboration line has eyeliner sets, eyeshadow palettes, blush sets, brushes, lip products, and more. You will be spoiled for choice with all the options in this collection!

Wicked: For Good x Lush

TRY IT:
This collaboration between Lush and
Wicked: For Good has given rise to bath bombs, body sprays, body bars, soaps, body scrubs, and shower gels.

Some of the scents lines, such as the floral geranium, thyme, and oakmoss combination, were previously seen in the Wizard Bath Bomb from the Wicked x Lush collab last year.

Some of the scents included in this line are:
  • Brazilian orange and Sicilian lemon;
  • Ripe berry, green geranium, jasmine, and black pepper;
  • Bergamot, grapefruit, balsamic olibanum resin, and warm benzoin; and
  • Floral geranium, thyme, and oakmoss.

Kristin Ess x Wicked Limited Edition Regimen Set

TRY IT:
This four-pack set includes shampoo, conditioner, dry shampoo spray, and heat protection spray. The product is vegan and sulfate-and paraben-free.

While Kristen Ess claims to be cruelty-free, they are not certified by any third parties. Some of their products are also not vegan, as they contain animal-derived ingredients.

Fortunately, this line is vegan, and the brand also released a fragrance-free and vegan collection several years ago. Several of their products are marked with a ‘V’ as well to indicate that they are actually vegan. It’s a step in the right direction, and we are happy to see more vegan hair care products out there.

Essie x Wicked: For Good

TRY IT:
Essie does not test on animals and is owned by L’Oréal. The
Wicked: For Good collection has the same colors as the Wicked collection from 2024. So if you missed out and don’t have them already, now is your chance to get them!

The five Wicked colors in this collection are:
  • Bubble of Brilliance - Warm purple with red undertones and pearl finish;
  • Darlingest - Baby pink with white undertones;
  • Defying Expectations - Blackened metallic with red undertones and silver shimmer finish;
  • Forever my Friend - Baby blue with red undertones and a cream finish;
  • My Future is Unlimited - Olive green with yellow undertones and a cream finish; and
  • Wicked - Deep red with a cream finish.

AVOID IT: Olay x Wicked

Olay’s limited edition serum body wash comes in two scents. Elphaba’s Edition has notes of cashmere, woods, and lime, and Glinda’s Edition has notes of raspberry and bubbles. Unfortunately, the brand complies with government-mandated animal testing in certain countries like China. This means they test on animals if a government legally requires them to test their products to sell in the country, making the company as a whole not cruelty-free.

Help fight animal abuse and support a good cause whenever you shop from Protego’s Defying Captivity collection! Choose from buttons, t-shirts, bags, notebooks, and more!

Loungefly

TRY IT:
Loungefly products have long been vegan-friendly, with their bags being made of vegan leather and faux fur. The collection also has Wicked Funkos and t-shirts!

AVOID IT: Cambridge Satchel x Wicked: For Good

Cambridge Satchel has some classy bag, pouch, notebook, and charm designs, but all of them contain leather. Every year, it is estimated that in addition to the more than 80 billion land animals slaughtered every year for meat, over 1 billion are killed for their skins alone. The most common item made from animal skins happens to be leather.

Animals such as cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, and others are confined in crowded spaces, painfully branded, castrated, and mutilated without pain relief. They are transported in cramped vehicles and deprived of food and water. Ultimately, they are slaughtered, and many are skinned while still alive.

Leather uses many toxic chemicals in the tanning process, which pollute water sources, air, and soil. Within the factories themselves, workers suffer from respiratory illnesses, skin conditions, and have higher risks of cancer.

AVOID IT: Naadam x Wicked

Naadam dropped a Wicked collaboration sweater line with simple yet stylish designs. There’s just one catch - the sweaters are all made of cashmere. Cashmere comes from the undercoat of certain breeds of goat. Needless to say, Doctor Dillamond would be particularly horrified to learn of this collab.

The process of harvesting the wool involves severe cruelty to the goats, including beating and stomping to force compliance and cuts from fast-paced shearing. A few years ago, Naadam was forced to remove any ‘cruelty-free’ claims from their website after PETA reached out to them to educate them about the abuse suffered by the goats.

AVOID IT: Vera Bradley Wicked Collection

Vera Bradley launched two bewitching Wicked lines consisting of throw blankets, backpacks, duffel bags, pillows, totes, pajama sets, pens, trays, slippers, coasters, and more.  This collection looks safe at first as the bags, scarves, and some other items can easily be mistaken as being cruelty-free. In an email, Vera Bradley said, “While we label products with leather components, we apologize but we do not have any information regarding the dyes or glues used.”

As you can see, there are numerous vegan and cruelty-free Wicked movie collabs out there! Which of these vegan Wicked collaborations products are you most excited about? Let us know in the comments below!
